the age given for William C Hoy was 48 , making his birth year 1812 instead of 1801 as listed in the Hoy Bible, which stated
that the data was from personal knowledge of the testator, W C Hoy. The age given for Rebecca Tillett Hoy waws 42 yrs which coincides with the birthdate in the records (bible). Which was record was correct?...
most likely the Bible Record, as whom ever was interviewed by the census enumerator may have had the wrong year of birth.
